OUR STORY
With a decade of experience in the education sector in Shanghai, nearly half of that as a trauma counselor in DRC and Tanzania - Diana “Dee” Kapela,
founded Ongoza with the purpose of creating a safe and fun space for the next generation to tap into their potential and grow into conscientious leaders. Moreover, Ongoza is bridging the gaps between parents, schools, private and public institutions in the hopes of creating a healthy community that will surround and buttress our future leaders.
We have partnered and continue to seek out partnership with schools, psychologists, government institutions, private sectors and similar entities that will advocate for the next generation and put in place policies that will set them up for success.
Our programs will be led by industry experts, psychologists and teachers.
We believe it takes a village to raise a child, that is why we are choosing to invest in shaping the next generation.
